Ethereum’s Buterin denounces celebrity memecoins, urges purposeful innovation

Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin has voiced criticism in opposition to the rise of celebrity-endorsed memecoins, calling for a shift in direction of cryptocurrencies with substantive, long-term targets.
